How do I know if my spring is broken?+
If the door feels very heavy, will not lift, or you heard a loud bang from the garage, a broken spring is a common cause. Stop using the opener and contact us.
Can I use my opener if the spring is broken?+
It is not recommended. A broken spring can overload the opener and cause more damage. It is safer to stop using it and book service.
